make sure your c:\ drive has enough space for the hiberfil.sys .
This problem occurs because the Windows kernel power manager cannot obtain the memory resources that are required to prepare the computer to hibernate.

Let me explain in better way

I have a HP printer and its driver is installed in my computer.

Whenever i hibernate the driver checks the status of the printer, if printer is in on position the driver doesn't allow computer to hibernate.

Do you understand now?
