According to Windows licensing terms, the retail version can't be 'borrowed' just like you did. It can be installed on a single PC at a time and NOT more than that. And in your case, it seems the key you're are using is already blacklisted. The best legal way to solve the problem is to buy a new retail version of Windows if you want to stick with Windows. Otherwise you can try Linux, another type of operating systems which can be installed on your PC.
Just to inform, there are ways to bypass the mandatory activation procedure of Windows. Unfortunately, that is illegal and beyond our scope of discussion here. I personally suggest buying a new copy of Windows or downloading any suitable linux distro.
