Help.. "Themes" tab missing in Display properties (Win XP)

Hi! Everyone, I installed the Longhorn Transformation Pack provided with DIGIT July and now I can't see the Themes tab in the Display Properties, when I right click on the desktop and click on PROPERTIES.
What's wrong? How can I get things corrected??
