Good initiative. But I don't think I'll even try this when we have reliable freewares that serves me well for long time.

@ Comrade Few years ago i used to get pirated stuffs from internet but now atlest i use a genuine os( win 7) and antivirus/internet security like eg.bitdiffender 3 years, panda internet Security 1 year , norton internet Security-6 months,F-secure-3 months,Avira AntiVir Premium9 -3 months. all for free .got the keys all from promo offers and i also wants to share them with others , i ma not saying that freeware are not good but if we can get shareware for free why should we use freeware , hope you understand what i want to say , beside this i agree with you.
