software to screen numbers in symbian s40

guys i need a software to screen/block calls from certain numbers in symbian s40.
is it possible?
if it is then please suggest

i searched for it previously my phone is Nokia 7210 supernova which is also s40 series but in vain, can't get one Java application to block a caller.

but instead i got bunch of techniques from different forums and sites to accomplish the same.here i am posting links to those forums and sites
