Someone from Belgium sent mail from my Gmail a/c

Hello everyone...
Am so shocked and tensed right now. I just found out that someone from Belgium used his/her mobile to send msgs to my contacts. Just a name ofof different sites are written in each msg. Few msgs couldnt reach the destination and falied delivery reports were there in my inbox. Thats how i came to know about all these.
The sender ip is 91.181.34.19.
I have changed the password.
Now should I inform Google about this?
Plz help me.

change ur password and change ur secret question and answer ... and i think now gmail has a feature to register ur mobile to retrieve forgotten passwords ....
nothing more i can think of

Make sure you use different passwords for your email and sites you register on...

and do scan your pc for any keylogger or a spyware
