Default strange problem


recently i upgraded my processor to e5400....my other specifications are
3gb ram, nvidia 7300gt, asus PS5D2-VM motherboard, iball 400W power supply....after upgrading i did a fresh install of windows 7 ultimate and am facing a ery strange problem...after starting my display becomes distorted....sometimes it runs fine...please help me out here as this prblem is driving me nuts....plz take a look at the screenshot....

Download and install the latest driver from nVidia website to check if it remedies the problem.

You may be overtaxing your video card. You might want to turn it off and see if it makes a difference.

Well....re-install your graphics card. May be it have got loosed. Check that out.

its a gpu problem??but i have not overclocked it in any way....moreover im buying a new hd4850 1gb.....so i hope my problem will be solved....

Try downloading and installing latest updates for Windows 7. May be Windows 7 have some issues with ur graphics card.

Windows 7 doesn't have any issues with nVidia graphics cards.

Its Beco'z of driver conflict's and its not problem with your card ..........
Your monitor display fades up does your card supports MB............... Showing black screen or Blue screen when the H/w has some conflicts.....

Atleast upgrade your PSU.... to 550 watt .......cooler master will be good

it never happened before.....started happening only after installing the new proccy...
yea the BSOD does happen quite frequently....and used to happen before the proccy also....
do you suggest any thing to help me out here...

P.S. yea im buying Corsair 600W along with the HD4850 from lynx....needn't worry about the power being less....it'll arrive netime now...

proccy stands for processor and BSOD is BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH....

never mind though...just got my proccy(processor) changed and the problem vanished....problem solved...a case of faulty proccy(processor).....thnx a lot everybody..
