Arrow write error. disk is full


"write error. disk is full." i get theis message when i am tryin to extract a rar file of 7 GB (is on parts like .001, .002 etc). there's 45 GB of free space still it says disk full. no virus n stuff for i have scanned it well with kaspersky premium.OS- XP SP2.. please help...

its coz your disk is of type FAT32 and the files which are being extracted are maybe more than 4.5 gig (single file size). format your disk using the NTFS system and then retry

what is the amount of free space in c drive?

Try freeing up 14 -15 gbs of space in c-drive or change the location of temp directory to e drive which has 45 gb of free space
