Where to buy Adobe products

I want to purchase the "Adobe Creative Suite 4 Web Premium". I could not find any reseller on the Adobe site. Can somebody guide me from where should I purchase the same?

Moreover, there are some sites which are offering the same at a very discounted price online saying that it is legal but without any printed manuals & guides. A software worth $1699 is being sold for around $219.

Are these softwares pirated or are they genuine? I could not find any link on the Adobe site from where I could verify these links.

I had tried this location also. It does not give any results for even Delhi or Mumbai, leave alone Chandigarh

I've a friend at Adobe, Noida. I talked to him and he said that Adobe doesn't have resellers in India and confirmed what I read online.
