Unhappy System doesn't Resume!

Hi, I recently bought a system havin config:
AMD Phenom II X2 550BE, AsRock M3A785GXH/128M Motherboard
2GB Kingston DDR3 1333Mhz Ram, 500GB Seagate HDD

The prob is that whenever I send the sytem on sleep state, it fails to resume.
The computer goes to sleep, then the power LED starts blinking, but when I resume, cpu LED gets normal but there is nothing on the screen!

When I hard reset the system, I get "Windows is Resuming" screen, and then all I see is a blinking "_" on the screen.
When I hard reset again, I get the message- "Last attempt to resume the system from previous location failed. Attempt to resume again?"

On this screen there are 2 options
-Continue with sytem resume
-Delete the restoration data and continue system boot

First option again leads to black screen, Second option succesfully boots into windows.
The prob was not coming on fresh install of windows 7, but after few days it started coming. I tried reinstalling drivers, also reinstalling OS but again prob comes after few days.

What shud I do??

Default Re: System doesn't Resume!

I dont know the reason for your problem which is just like mine but my problem got resolved the moment i did "Ganged Mode Operation" for my memory sticks from the default option of "Unganged Mode Operation".
This option of Ganged/Unganged can be found in your bios options.
