Arrow Problem in CS3 due to monitor..

I recently purchased a samsung lcd monitor.
Whenever I open Photoshop, a message pops up saying :-
"The monitor profile "Samsung - Natural Color Pro 1.0 ICM" appears to be defective. Please rerun your monitor calibration software."

There are 2 buttons - "Ignore Profile" and "Use anyway"...
When I click on the 1st one, it runs normally.
But when "Use anyway" is clicked, there is a slight color difference in the foreground and background colors and they are not perfect white and black.
The color differences can also be seen in the colors palette.

I tried reinstalling the drivers and the "Magictunes" software that came with it, but still the problem exists...
Please help...

Thanx for the reply but there is no "Hardware &sound" option in control panel.
I'm using xp sp3.
However I opened the "Display" option but that just opened the desktop properties dialog box. I still wandered around but couldn't find any "calibrate color" option...
Please help...

I found something in Display prop. > settings tab > Advanced > color management tab.
It is showing the color profile related to my monitor..
Should I remove it??
