wierd mouse problem

I dont where to put this question so i am putting it here some time when i boot my system (windows xp sp2 professional) my mouse just freezes and then i have to restart the system then it starts working normally . Ihave change the mouse but problem is keep happening .

ther's no prob with mouse.....it should with yuor cpu or monitor.....please answer my ques here--http://www.thinkdigit.com/forum/showthread.php?t=125202
