Problem accessing gmail on aircel pocket internet

I am using aircel pocket interent on my laptop through bluetooth and data cable.I am not able to access gmail and few other sites.whenever I access them I get this error
"Error 2 (net::ERR_FAILED): Unknown error."
I tried it on chrome,firefox 3 and IE 8...Plz help

i am also on aircel pocket internet, not facing any such error. Will you please explain the problem
