Nero Burning ROM : Failed to create empty Document

I'm facing this weird problem with Nero 9 Burning ROM, since a few days, Every time I try to create a New ISO or UDF project a error pop up says "Failed to create Empty Document".
Some googling on that error,mentioned some conflict between Daemon tools and Nero caused this error. But I don't have Daemon tools installed ever so that shouldn't be the reason for my prob.
What could be the problem???
Also are there any free burning softwares other than CD Burner XP which support Multi-Session writing coz ImgBurn and Infra recorder doesn't support Multi-session it seems.

UPDATE:
I uninstalled Nero 9.2xx and installed 9.4xx and before doing that cleared all nero entries using Nero General Clean Tool and deleted left-over Entries Manually and Re-installed Nero. Even then the problem persists and I keep getting the same error and When I try to open options I keep getting "An invalid Argument has encountered"
BTW I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate
