How to recover data after o/s reinstall?

Hi guys, is there a way to recover data post windows reinstall?

I unfortunately lost a huge chunk of data in this process......can I do something to recover them?

did u format the drive..? u can try using some recovery softwares..

if you have selected quick format mode during windows installation,then you may recover most of your data using recovery softwares like undelete plus.it also depends on how much writing process you have done, after windows installation,on the drive.
but if you did full format,then there is no way to get even a 1kb file back.

Try Recuva, Undelete. But like Evil Vinni said, if you have selected "Full Format" I doubt whether it would recover anything.

Try EASEUS Data Recovery Wizard Version 4.3.6

Used it, Almost got 95 % of data back folder wise after full format.
