Smile Fastest OS for internet & online video viewing

Which is the fastest Operating System for laptop computer core 2 duo 1.8ghz, 3gb Ram for faster internet browsing & watching online tv and movies.
At present i am using Vista home premium.

'ubuntu' for sure... I haven't experienced nythin faster dan this...
I personally prefer ubuntu...

You need a faster internet plan for faster internet and not a OS. Ya what makes difference at a software prospective is a browser. Firefox is the best but i prefer chrome as its light application compared to FF
