Default win 7 shell questions...

hi guys...

i just wanted to know is there any way i can sort my folders by 'rating'....?? i want to assign ratings - 'stars' to different folders..., like in songs list wer u can change the ratings...., default way of organizing things in windows sucks....

i dont want any third party softwares for organizing...,jus want something that integrates with the default shell, or some hack!!

i use xbmc etc for media.., n all., but loading them everytime is PIA.,
i dont understand why the default shell is not so powerful even in windows 7 ULTIMATE!!! the shell has been same for ages.,

the 'GAMES' folder in startmenu is supercool.., i want something like that for other things as well...., loading media center software takes ages!!!
