windows media player plugins?

These are surprisingly difficult to find considering windows media player the default media player on millions of PC's.
I found 2 plugins, one that adds global hotkeys and another that adds lyrics.

Where are the rest of the plugins? I am sure plenty would have been created.Isn't there any dedicated site for this ?

Only 4-5 plugins are listed on the official microsoft site.

To be specific I am looking for a plugin that would add seeking properties to WMP

by seeking I mean going forward/backward in time using keyboard shortcuts. Currently the only way to seek is to hit tab (a few million times) till the seek bar gets focused and then use arrow keys.
Also VLC has a shortcut for this (ctrl+right arrow)
