need help with partitioning

Hi guys,
needed some help on understanding partitioning..I read that a disk can be divided atmost into 4 primary partitions..with one of them if marked as extended..can be further divided into logical partitions.. but consider my disk management table which i ve posted below.it seems to be showing 5 primary partitions..and in vista disk management is there a way to make a partition extended ?? it automatically seems to decide on that .. plz help ..thanks in advance..

you can have as many partitions as you like not just 4 partitions.

@gaurav Your image is corrupted.

Well.. to make extended partitions.. First of all Shrink your Primary partition as much as you want it to be! That means Seperate out all the space from primary partition.

Create a new partition of this all Unallocated space..

Then Shrink this new Partition...It'll be created as Extended partition with Green Color!
