Default Deleting startup items of other user


I have an admin account and another standard account in win 7. My problem is that how to edit(remove) startup items of the standard user account.

Check here: NOTE: The single (current) user Startup folder is a hidden system folder located at:
C:\Users\(User-Name)\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

Also here if you can logon as the user, registry locations:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Run
AND
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\RunOnce
