frequent error message please help.

hi friends.

well from past few days i am getting this windows error message very often.

i have even scanned my system by bitdefender for any threats.
but still it appears.




another problem if i watch any videos on you tube on full screen it starts stuttering after sometime and freezes.but still i can hear the sound.

even if i watch any online video this irritating problem occurs after some time.

i tested he cpu usage while running any online video and it goes upto 100%.which is strange.

is there any way to solve it please help.

Try to install flash player or flash plugin

i think i have both installed.

this might be your dll files are infected.
i guess you have antivirus too updated.

try replacing your explorer.exe from ur frnds pc.

^^thanks for the reply well will it solve those video stuttering issues also.
actually i have not replaced explorer.exe before. it would be nice if someone upload it here with instructions.
