Buying Windows 7 Ultimate

I want to buy Windows 7 Ultimate. But I have some doubts:

I went to Lamington Road or Grant Road in Mumbai, and the least price that I could get is Rs. 10,500. Then I checked the internet and found quite higher or about same prices every where else. But when I checked on eBay.in, people are even selling it at about Rs. 1200 and they're gauranteeing it to be genuine, etc. So I wanted to ask you all if all the people on eBay are correct, are they really selling at such a low price, I really doubt if they are selling pirated or beta versions. Can you people help, if anyone has any software-purchasing-experience from eBay, can I really trust them? Few of the links are:

They are genuinely pirated.
Windows 7 Ultimate is not less than Rs.10,500.
