Default Where can I buy OEM version of Windows 7 Home Premium?

I want to buy Windows 7 Home Premium OEM version if possible in India. Anybody has any experiance with it? Retail version costs around 6000 according to MS website. What price can I expect for OEM if it is available? Any help will be appreciated.
I am from Pune so shops in Pune/Mumbai will be prefferred. Online ordering is also an option.

There is not such difference between OEM and retail Price. The dealer will only deduct Rs100-200. So i suggest you to go with retail version. Now microsoft said there is no technical support in OEM version.

OK. Can anybody suggest me the any place in Pune to get it with least price? I know few stores which sell it, but where I can find it cheapest?
