Question Lock a dvd so that no one copy


I need a method to lock dvd so no one can copy the data.

Just put the data in RAR file and protect with a password.

I had developed a software .I want it to be distributed through DVD's.So i want no one else to make a copy of the DVD.I dont think setting a password or making rar is good solution for my problem.Pls help ?
