Question on directx11

Am currently running windows 7 and everytime i start mpc it gives me this pop up that say d3dx9.dll missing. I know it has to do with direct x but that's where questions starts arising in my head.
I wanted to know if downloading the latest DirectX update i.e. August 2009 and installing it on my system would remove directX11? My graphic card isn't crafted for directX11 however.

hey, MPC works fine with my Windows 7. no trouble faced till now. try reinstalling. may be it is corrupt installation.

install August 2009 Direct X update... it'll not remove Dx 11 ...
