Unhappy Multiple infestations!!! PLease help!!


hi evrybdy, my hospital office system has multiple infestations, cant update antivirus(NOD32), cant start firewall(zonealarm), cant open ANY antivirus website(others work ok),cant run regedit, msconfig, ran hijackthis(log attached), had surabaya worm(fixed using this blog advise, link attached). still no good, the surabaya notification has gone but still cant see ALL my initial data folders on all disc partitions, please help! thanks everybody...

There r stil lots of virus n worms in ur pc. Try some rescue disk or instal avast n scedual a boot time scan.

no good..avast downloads installation..all i get is "server not found"..when trying to connect to avast servers..

Get avast from digit dvd, server might be problem.
This wil not unhide hide u wil have to do it manually. Instal avast in safemode

sorry forgot to mention...cant boot to safe mode either..when i select that option it just keeps booting back to the choices screen and i can only proceed if i select "start windows normally"..

Disable / delete the above items marked in bold italics. Some are legit services but in current circumstances are memory hogs. Disabling can be done by hijack this itself.
Then download gmer antirootkit. Scan all drives and clean malwares found.
then get restrictions removal tool. Remove any restrictions present .
you might also be needing Unlocker and autoruns. Use unlocker to remove any memory locked files and autoruns to see if any malwares are launching.
