Audio Device Switching

I have an MSI board, but my Onboard sound is giving out clear sound output
also I have been using an Internal TV Tuner Card, so I wanted to know that can I use the sound output of TV Tuner Card as Default Playback device of my Computer

go to control panal, then to sound and audio devices properties, under audio tab, select the default audio device as your tv tuner card.
