Question facing video playing problem in WIN7


when i try to play any video in VLC or KMplayer of Media Player Classic, all are played in distorted pixels, but same video play fine in PowerDVD, or Windows Media player, and in Vista to.
All drivers are updated from ATI site.
I am using DeLL studio1535
ATI Readon HD3400

What is the video's format ,is it avi ? we had an option in kmplayer something like video render... so what is your format that looks fine with powerdvd and distorted in vlc,km players

i m having problems in all format, whether it is avi, wmv, or anything. But those file are playing fine in PowerDVD and Window media player.

Do you have klite codec pack for win7 installed.If you have'nt installed it install and then try to play with vlc.

try out vlc 1.0.3. They fixed the pixelating issue in this version.

Ya new vlc works,,, it solves my problem,,,
but i want to what is problem with win7, KM player and mediaplayer classic are still remaining.
