A hidden system folder with that name always comes in my each and every drive. I have searched most of the results fro google, but nothing happens.

Remove the Virus for you PC.
1. First of all download "Hijack this" or find it in any digit DVD.
2. Delete any suspicious entry after scanning.
3. from anti virus program options schedule a boot time scan, if possible.(You can use updated Avast free edition for this.available in digit dvd) If problem solved then ok other wise...
4. Use host expert and follow the help file to restore the host files.
4. Then download combofix.exe and use it.

5. Now your anti virus must be working scan ur pc. and remove the viruses. If a boot time scanning is possible then this is the best.
6. Also scan ur pc with updated spybot search and destroy.(available in digit magazine.)

I am using licensed Norton. Checked the whole system.

what OS do you have coz Windows XP creates a folder "RECYCLER" to keep the deleted files, vista created "$RECYCLE.BIN" for the same purpose. I don`t know abt Windwows 7. Do you have win 7. If not then the probabaly reason may be due to virun attack.

Your AV might have already deleted the virus and that folder might be the rmains for the virus attack. install "unlocker" and check if the folder is used by any services. if not just delete the folder.

I have done that. I use Win Xp. i always del. using unlocker.

Which process unlocker shows? when you deleted recycl.bin

It isn't a file, but a whole folder.

BTW, Iuploaded the file inside it, and the result was:

0 bytes size received / Se ha recibido un archivo vacio

Check the attachment again-P

He has given the correct reason.
That totally harmless, stop messing with it.
Windows reserves a space for deleted files. It is separate for each drive.
To check it, Right click on "Recycle Bin" icon on desktop, and click "Properties".
U'll get to see the drive names as tabs and the amount of space they are using.

thanks buddy for your comment. Actually i couldn`t understand what is the exact name of the folder coz he wrote as "$RECYCLE.BIN$" but that folder is not created by vista, coz vista creates $RECYCLE.BIN
