Please Help me to configure modem

recently i got bsnl connection in my hme with utstarcom WA3002G4 modem.they had installed and everything is fine now.but i want to access in my laptop too..i have wifi in both modem and lap..but when i try to configure the modem by 192.168.1.1 it is not opening the page..it looks like netbios over tcp ip is disabled..and the gateway looks diffrent too..but whenever i dial.i will get connection..how can i acces to modem config..please help me..

Go to run -> cmd->ipconfig /all (u will get the ip from there)
