Need Help, Menu bar vanished in Windows Explorer!!

Hi guys,
i had some friends over yesterday, and at the end of the day i noticed the menubar missing from Windows Explorer! I have no idea how it happened, I also tried right clicking to get it back, but found no options to do.

Please help me get it back, its a real PITA without the menubar.

Google search gave some cryptic method which i couldnt understand.

Download "Fix It" application from "Fix it for me" tab and run it.......It'll automatically fix ur issue.

Otherwise if u wanna b geeky and do it manually.........Go for the registry editing's tat r given below.....!!
