DataOne hangs,while Modem's Link Indicator still ON

I just reformated and re installed windows xp sp2

I setup my DataOne broadband and it was running smooth.

But i keep getting disconnected time after time, something that never happened before the reformat.
Now that could be DataOne problem.
My main problem is that when i GET DISCONNECTED my DataOne still shows connected. My Modem shows stable lights, but no internet
I try to disconnect, cant do. I try to switch off my LAN, cant do. I have my RF Leased line for backup, but cannot hook it up to my LAN because windows still shows DataOne connected.

I can only restart, and connect again, but 3-4 mins later, gone again

and i have to restart again.Cycle goes on and on.

Earlier i used to get some Win32 error before DC, now that error stopped coming
