internet automatically disconnect after this message

i have an internet connection based on WLL of late a message flashes "generic host process for Win 32 services has encounterd a problem and needs to close down. we are sorry for the inconvenience. after this.it is automatically shuts down. and i have to restart my computer to connect it again.help please
