Have you tried ImgBurn? Its in this September 09's DVD and if you have a decent net connection, is hardly 5mb.

I assume that u have an xp cd and want to have a backup copy.

- Download and install imgburn. (Pretty straightforward).
- Put XP cd in tray.
- Now in the menu which pops up once u run Imgburn, select create image file from disc.
- Browse to cd and select it. (just click on cd drive and open)
- Select where u want to save it and under what name and image format. I prefer ISO simply bcz it is very popular.
- Once the image is saved to ur HDD, eject XP cd.
- Insert a blank DVD (Hope to hell u have a DVD writer)
- run imgburn and select burn image file to disc.

That should do it.

DISCLAIMER: The above instructions were meant only to provide instructions regarding keeping a backup copy of ORIGINAL XP CD, in case the original media is lost or damaged. Pirates, keep ur prying eyes off this one and instead, go to Google.
