It is like a sniffer program that can monitor and download every video you play in ur web browser...
Also Orbit Downloader is a free software.

The above choices are good. But I suggest Flash Video Downloader to download flv videos. The plug-in is available differently for IE,Firefoox and Opera It supports many video sites and is no resource or bandwidth hog. Moreover, It's free. Download from --> http://www.flashvideodownloader.org
