Default blue screen

hi all. please help me. here is my problem:

dell inspiron 530 desktop: 2 gb ram, c2d 2.3 ghz, vista home premium [genuine]

i was working on my pc[watching video songs] when suddenly it freezes nothing worked i waited long but no response. task manager not oppening up. finally i power it off.
next time boot completes but when logon screen abourt to appear it gives blue screen [dumping memory for protecting furthur damage to your computer] then it restarts. this loop continues. but the safe mode worked correctly. so i restored it to privoues restore point but it didn't worked. i tried everything but all in vain. dots appear on dell logo screen.

next day i again tried. this time luck works and system was restored. i thought of going for factory image restore. so i did that after taking backup of my important data on another partition. it worked fine.
next day in the morning i was just ckecking the mails and playing music when again i got the same blue screen with dumping error. this time i simply restored the factory image successfully but in vain. it does not worked. i restored many times but no luck. finally i pop in dell vista DVD to perform clean install. but installation couldn't start [dvd was genuine]

hours later i tried pirated dvd [vista ultimate] to my surprise it worked. then i again reinstalled my genuine vista over it which was successful. but in both ultimate and this home premium[genuine] aero was disabled. i installed and updated all drivers.
the problem again occured when i:
installed video driver
start windows experience index
tried to enable aero theme

even in experience index it shoed the base score of 1.0 because the graphic score was 1.0
previously [in good times] my score was 3.4 limited by graphics
i have geforce 8300 GS graphics card

what could be the possible reason for this ?
