Deleting windows Registry key

How can i delete registry keys forcefully.
i am not able delete some keys like usb storage entries
under
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\U SBSTOR

is there any way to delete these keys

please help. thanks in advance.

Boot into safe mode & log in as Administrator.
Then try to delete this key.
