mail downloading issue from mail server

hi guys,

i am facing issue while downloading mails from my mail server ,when ever i am trying to download the mail from the mail server , its downloading the old mails, not downloading the new mails, i even try by changing the profile , also tried by reinstalling the os as well, and reconfiguring the mail account but still the issue remains
guys pls help me out with this issue

Which mail account u r using?

its our official mail server, and one of the user is facing this issue, we are using ms-exchange server for n/w
