Problums installing OSX with xp and win 7

I downloaded a toh 98581rc2 ,, and ripped it..
the pc already has a dual boot setup.. wit xp on c: .. win 7 on D: ,, e: and f: are empty..
i intend to install osx on e:

now c: is a 60gb primary partition..
d (100GB), e (100GB) and f (200 gb)all are logical partitions that belong to extended partition.

now before installing i am making the e: drive as active using "diskpart" from xp.. (in 7 it says the partition cannot be marked active)
and after that when i try to install the osx (using some darwin or somethin).. well i see some text lines scrolling down,. loading different drivers and all and then all of a sudden .. i get this messege..

the error messege was something similar to this . i got the picture of it and searched for a similar post and posted the messege from thr.. so its not the exact messege but very similar to it..

so can anyone tell me whats the problum?
is the installation media corrupt ?>
or am i not installing it at the rit place. any pointers that u may provide wud be helpful.

I think OSX gets installd only in MAC's
