Help Me with Visual Studio 2005

Hei frndz......Each time I build a website in Visual Studio 2005 (ASP.NET) I get compilation error......saying

"It is an error to use a section registered as allowDefinition='MachineToApplication' beyond application level. This error can be caused by a virtual directory not being configured as an application in IIS. C:\Documents and Settings\Krishno\My Documents\Downloads\internetbanking\internetbankin g\Web.config 46"

Wats the prblm???

I hav IIS installed........

What shud I do???????

Plz help ASAP I can't do ny project.......

1.Reinstall IIS.
2.Open command promt and type the bellow commands
cd\
cd windows\system32\inetsrv
rundll32 wamreg.dll,CreateIISPackage
iisreset
type all these commands one by one
