Software for Electronics Drawings

Matlab is good, its not free though, but you can have it from your college/school. Other one I know is Scilab

I once saw a software in Digit DVD which allows us to draw variety of Engineering drawings
I do not remember its name . It has user interface like MS Office
If anyone are using it please tell me its name and in which DVD it is present plzzzzzz
