Lightbulb Flash crashing/problem

Hey,

My flash is crashed or something. Whenever I play my youtube videos or any other site's videos the audio doesn't work. Video seems to be fine but the audio is creating a lot of problem. Is there anyway to rectify this?

Any kind of help would be really appreciated. Thanks.
