cannot uninstall defreeze

well
a computer had a defreeze install...

the files of c;/program files/farnois/deep
was deleted by some means...


but even now
the defreeze is still active...(invisible)
neither we can unistall it as program doesnt run out...

we cannot install defreeze as it says unistall the installed one first...

we cannot save any thing in any drive...

how can we get rid of this...
has been very starange...

If the program is running. Press Ctrl+Alt+Del and then End that Process and then try uninstalling.

If it doesn't help go to Start Menu >> Run. Type Regedit and press Enter. Then go to click on Hkey Current User and in the drop down menu select Software. From the list select the program and delete the registry keys in the right pane.

Or you can use an Advanced Uninstaller such as Revo Uninstaller

Uninstallation deep freez is not easy. To uninstall do the following:
First need to disable Disable Deep Freeze.

1. Hold down the shift key and double-click the Deep Freeze icon. Alternatively, you can press CTRL+ALT+SHIFT+F6.
2. Enter your password and click OK.
3. If you have not yet entered a password you should be able to click OK without entering a password.
4. The Boot Options dialog is displayed. Select "Boot Thawed" and click OK. This will disable Deep Freeze on the next reboot.
5. Reboot your computer. After the computer reboots, you are ready to uninstall Deep Freeze.
To uninstall:
1. Locate the installation file you used to install Deep Freeze on your computer. By default, the name of this file is called "DF5Std.exe" for versions 5.X and "DF6Std.exe" for versions 6.X.
2. Run the installation file (DF5Std.exe or DF6Std.exe).
3. Select the option to "Uninstall"
Now Deep Freeze will uninstall and your computer is rebooted.

ok it things were that straight ,i would not have asked this question
when we press CTRL+ALT+SHIFT+F6 dialog box doesnt appear....
and when we run installer again,it says to disable the already installed one....

so....
but program seems to be running
for the proof,every thing we make(files,folders) are wiped out in restart...
so has been strange case...
computer has good antivirus as well....

by the way what is the name of the process that defreeze run....we could not find any thing related there in running processes....

Deep freeze process cannot seen in the task manager. It has hidden process.

also its related files has been deleted, so now it is in the corrupt state also.... this is why dialog box doesn't appear.
Try it(attachment), if you have not already tried... Follow the manual.
