Yes, I have got Mozilla Firefox (3.0.8 version). Then, what is the name of the Add-on which can enable for the downloading of almost all kinds of Audio and video formats and using them all for offline purposes? My Internet speed is slow. Is there any problem of playing such Audio and video formats OFFLINE if we download them all with SLOW INTERNET SPEED?

No it doesn't matter if you download with slow or fast connection. It will play with the same rate for everyone offline.

You can use IDM to download as well. It has got the integrated youtube downloader which will give you an option to download as soon as you open the video for streaming. And as it is a download manager it will speed up your downloading as well.
