The problem is that.
The system boot sucessfully but after gone to the Blue screen of death. Show error message.

STOP: cx00000218
Registry cannot load the (Hive) file.
\SystemRoot\System32\config\software not loading or corrupt or not write.

I can try to restart many times. But same message.
Then I install the win on same drive leave the data unchanged.

I want to back the windows

Start the installation of your OS and choose the REPAIR option. However, you may waste less time if you back up whatever needs to be backed up, format your OS partition and do a fresh installation.

You have not given any details, not even which OS. Is it Windows XP?

When you ask for help with a problem, it's a good idea to give details about your OS, software and hardware, when and how it started happening, what you have done to try to solve the problem, and so on.

I format the system C: drive of Window XP.
Hardware config of system:
Processor: Pentium 4, 2.8GHz
HDD: 250GB
RAM: 2GB DDR2

The problem is arises that the system is affected by the two famous virus:

Heru- Which make Heruistic and replicates itself

I'm trying to install the Antivir but not installed.TaskManager is also locked. Device manager is also locked.

I'm downloading two Worm remover:Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, SUPERAntiSpyware Free Edition. But not detecting all the viruses.

How to remove these viruses from the system completely.
