Default How to access a domain mail address?--Please c inside

If a email address is like this username@company-name.com eg: santhosh@microsoft.com

How to access that email address if i have the password also..Or if i want to create a e-mail address with my companyname.com how do i do that?

Sry abt my English am not able to explain clearly...

If you are talking about emails offered by companies to their clients, you need to have their pop and smtp addresses and its ports as most companies allow their clients to check/use mails using their favorite mail clients. But, on the other hand, for more security, companies may use VPNs. So you need to get in to their VPN first.

Or confirm it with a company staff

BTW, you won't be allowed to create accounts on their domain.
