Boot problem

Every time I start my PC, there's a message saying that netsh.exe couldn't open as framedyn.dll was not found. Help me!! I wanna get rid of it as it doubles my boot time. Don't wanna format my Windows XP

Did you try moving the framedyn.dll file from C:\Windows\System32\WBEM directory to the C:\Windows\System32 directory? Sometimes this solves the problem.

Boot frm XP CD............Go to Recovery Console.........Choose ur windows installation and try copying those to file from i386 folder of CD to Windows Directory......
