Hard Disk access by the process name.

I am seeing too much sluggishness with my Laptop and the HD access light is glowing always green. Seems a sign of some kind of Virus.

Does there exist any application/utility which can tell me as to what all process are high on disk access, there exists already 1 application like diskmon from sysinternal which tells the sectors/Blocks that are being read by from HDD. But I want to see which application is actually taking up all the disk access...?

Any such Application/Utility Available.

download processxp frm sysinternals. Run it, in the right side Rt click on the column names and click on 'select columns'. there go to process performance and tick I/O read , writes
