Exclamation No start menu or taskbar in vista <HEEELLLPPP>

plz plz ppl help
after 8 hrs of downloading stuff from torrent<mininova>next day i strtd my pc at d opening of ma account i could see no strt menu or task bar and only a my documents folder already opened...through dat i opened an object dock i open internet and stuff...checked for virus wid avast4.8 none found...
in vista >personalization i try open a task manager & strt menu & it just doesnt open!!!!!! no icons or right click on desktop either , only wallpaper

i use vista starter sp2<release canditate,evaluation copy build 6002>
im very sad...plzplzplzplzplzpzlplzpzlpzlzplzplzplzplplzhe lp...sob

Ha Tanx ppl u dont even leave replies...Wats D reason?ur 2 dumb or have an attitude abt ur geeky knowledge so dont answer q. from kids...?Dude im seriously pissed off...I didnt xpect dis from digit forum members on digit's anniversary...

Try pressing [Windows]+R and type in explorer.exe and run it.
If your task managerisn't working, I think you have a virus. Try an online scanner like Mcafee or something. Also, try to scan using a good Anti-spyware/malware.

If everything seems clean and no viruses are detected, try to run "sfc /scannow" in the command prompt. It may repair any files which are corrupt.

One more thing, keep in mind that no one here is forced in any way to answer things. It's just that many old and useful members have left the forum. (And I'm too lazy to post). And the forum has so many bugs that it has scared away half the members at tleast. Dig the Chit-Chat section for more details about this ongoing rebellion.
