Default windows 7 problems solved

Thanks to all those who responded to my thread on "windows 7 problems". I had upgraded Vista to W7 and that was causing the problem. Formatting & re-installing solved the problem Some of the programs in startup folder would load only in compatibility mode in W7, so I think MS didn't get W7 right as far us upgradation is concerned. Clean install seems to be the only reasonable way to install W7.

Default Re: windows 7 problems solved

Microsoft clearly stated that "Windows 7 needs a clean install"

yes, I too am having issues with Download managers and video converters.

Jet audio coverts a movie for my D2 at 7x speed in XP and 1.5x speed in Win7.

Any download manager is unable to download content from Rapidshare. It just downloads a 12.5KB HTML file even though the download is initiated through IE/FF
